This article contains brief instructions and a link to software that enable ESCWireless tech support personnel to temporarily take control of your Windows computer for problem-solving purposes.

 DO NOT CONTINUE unless you are instructed to do so by tech support.

The link leads to a program named 'ESCSupport.exe' - save to your computer and double-click its icon to start.  (Windows computers only) When the program starts, double-click "Internet Support" (NOT "Internet support (encrypted)") in the window and it will attempt to connect to tech support at Electronics Service Co.  If successful, both you and the tech support personnel will have simultaneous views of - and control over - your desktop until the program is stopped.  If you are NOT on the phone with support at this time, please do not use your mouse or keyboard, so as to not interfere with troubleshooting efforts.
